A Major Recognition for Us
We’re proud to share that our Bio-AquaRockBag, made from coconut fibers, has won the prestigious Innovation Medal at the GaLaBau trade fair, hosted by the Federal Association for Gardening, Landscaping, and Sports Facilities Construction (BGL).
»The GaLaBau Innovation Medal recognizes ideas that not only revolutionize products but also contribute to a greener future — sustainably improving our living environment from an ecological, economic, and practical standpoint,« said Pia Dräger, Vice President of the BGL.
The award has been presented every two years at the GaLaBau trade fair since 1986.
But the Bio-AquaRockBag wasn’t the only innovation we showcased. Our large trade fair team presented a broad range of solutions, including erosion control mats and fabrics, the SpeedyGreener® — the smallest hydroseeder on the market — and green roof systems from AboutGreen.
We also debuted the latest addition to the iGG product lineup: FloraFloat, a plastic-free floating island, was exhibited for the very first time.
